Huntly Terms of Service
Dispute Resolution & Event Terms Addendum
Effective date: February 21, 2026
This addendum provides key terms related to platform use, event participation, and dispute handling.
A) Participation, prizes, and platform performance
Participation is for novelty/entertainment purposes. Event content may be created by organizers, sponsors, or other third parties. Huntly, event sponsors, and event coordinators do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate scan tracking, perfect timing, or any particular outcome. Prizes (if any) are not guaranteed, may be limited in quantity, and have no stated cash value unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific event.
B) Arbitration and class action waiver
If you have a dispute related to Huntly or an event, we can require that it be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under applicable consumer rules, with limited exceptions such as eligible small-claims matters.
Individual-only: to the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought in an individual capacity only, not as a class, collective, or representative action.
C) Governing law (Florida)
Where not preempted by applicable federal law (for example, the Federal Arbitration Act for arbitration provisions), these terms are intended to be governed by Florida law as a choice-of-law provision.
D) Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for (and to indemnify and hold harmless Huntly and its operators) for claims and losses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law, to the extent allowed by law.
E) Force majeure
If an extraordinary event outside a party's reasonable control prevents performance (for example: natural disasters, outages, government actions, labor disputes, war, or similar events), obligations may be delayed or excused to the extent the event directly prevents performance.
